Overview

This Terms of Service Agreement is entered into by and between PivotPoint BMS and the user of the AI-powered business management software offered by PivotPoint BMS.

By accessing and using the Software, the User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

License and Subscription

The Software is offered on a subscription basis, and the functions available to the User are dependent on the subscription tier chosen. If the User does not pay their subscription fee within 30 days of the end date, PivotPoint BMS will delete the User's data.

User Responsibility

The User is responsible for paying their subscription fee starting three days before its end. The User is also responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, safeguarding their login credentials, and ensuring the accuracy and legality of all data uploaded to the Software.

Limitation of Liability

If the User deletes an item, they have one day to recover it from the Bin. After that, it will be deleted permanently. PivotPoint BMS is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the User's use of the Software, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Termination and Cancellation

PivotPoint BMS may terminate or cancel the User's subscription if the User does not abide by this TOS, the rules of the Algerian government where PivotPoint BMS is situated, or if the User does not pay the subscription fee on time or has paid fraudulently.

Modifications to the Terms

PivotPoint BMS may modify this TOS from time to time. Users will be notified of any changes 15 days before the modified terms are applied.

Intellectual Property

The User owns their data and PivotPoint BMS owns the tools that the User interacts with. The User may provide feedback to PivotPoint BMS to improve the tools.

By using the Software, the User agrees to be bound by this Agreement. If the User does not agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, they may not use the Software.
